Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. Before submitting a formal written complaint, please give us a call. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns over the phone and find an immediate solution.

If your issue cannot be resolved informally over the phone, you can escalate it through our formal, in-house complaints procedure outlined below. To ensure your concerns are thoroughly investigated in accordance with The Property Ombudsman (TPO) guidelines, all formal complaints must be made in writing.
