Williams Connect is a Smartphone Application (App) which is used for direct communication between the Estate Agent and the client. In our busy world it is difficult to answer a phone call immediately or to open, read and reply to an email immediately. The Williams Connect app is downloaded by the client to their mobile smart phone and this then becomes a direct line of communication between the sales team in the estate agency office and the client.
Through the app the sales team can send viewing requests, viewing feedback, viewing reminders, messages, notifications, offers and more in a simple and effective way. The client sees if a new communication has been sent by a notification appearing on the app, then can conveniently open and read the communication. Offers can be received and then agreed, refused or negotiated without the need to make missed calls back and forth.
No more searching back through past emails to find that viewing appointment or comment, they are all stored within the app for easy access at the press of a button. There is also a share function for the client to share their property on their social media with their friends, family and colleagues which spreads the reach of their property to an even wider audience increasing the chances of a buyer being found.
